Freshness Guarantee

We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality flowers. If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, such as damaged or wilted flowers upon delivery, please provide a photo of the arrangement, and we will assess the issue.

Refunds or Replacements

If your flowers arrive in poor condition or do not match your order, we are happy to offer:

  • A replacement arrangement, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
