2.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
2.2 Prices listed on our website include GST.
2.3 Payment must be made at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
3. Delivery Policy
3.1 We deliver to the areas specified on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete.
3.2 While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Flowers of Knox will not be liable for late deliveries due to factors beyond our control.
3.3 If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may leave the flowers in a safe place or attempt re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
4. Substitutions
4.1 Due to seasonal and supplier availability, some flowers or packaging may be substituted. We will ensure any substitutions are of equal or greater value.
5. Cancellation and Changes
5.1 Orders can be canceled or modified if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
5.2 Changes or cancellations after this period may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
